Side Slalom:
Instructions:
- Dribble through the cones while looking up and avoiding the cones.
- Dribble forwards around one cone, then backwards around the next. Rotate.
Repetitions:
- Right Foot
- Left Foot
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball as close as you can
- While going backwards, use the bottom of your foot.
- As many touches as possible
- Look up as much as possible

Speed Dribbling
Instructions:
- Dribble as fast as you can from the starting position, make a sharp turn after getting to the other side and dribble back.
Repetitions:
- Right Foot
- Left Foot
- Inside of Both Feet
- Outside of Both Feet
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball as close as you can
- As many touches as possible
- Look up as much as possible

Backwards Speed Dribbling
Instructions:
- Dribble as fast as you can backwards from the starting position, make a sharp turn after getting to the other side and dribble back.
Repetitions:
- Both Feet
- Right Foot
- Left Foot
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball as close as you can
- As many touches as possible
- Use the bottom of your feet to dribble backwards.
- Look up as much as possible

Fast Passing
Instructions:
- Find a wall, a bench, a table, etc.
- Pass the ball at the wall, recieve it back and then pass it again.
Repetitions:
- Right Foot (25X)
- Left Foot (25X)
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball as close as you can
- As little touches as possible.
- Point your toe towards the wall.
- Hit the ball with the inside of your foot.
- Recieve it softly.

Juggling
Instructions:
- Juggle the ball in the air using both feet for as long as you can.
Repetitions:
- Both Feet
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball as close as you can to your foot.
- As many touches as possible.
- Use both feet.
- Use your laces.
