Orientation Phase
Organization
•Numberof players: 15-16 player 8v6+GK
•Fieldsize: 70Wx60L half-field, with a regular size goal at end line and 3 counter goals, at the midfield line as shown on picture
•Duration: 3 intervals of 4 minutes with 1 minute rest for total of14 minutes
•Rulesof the exercise: 8v6going to goal.
Attacking team on white (8players + GK) against 6 orange field players.
White team scores in either of the three counter-goals. Orange team scores in the regular size goal (If orange team scores, white team restarts the game with a goal-kick).
All laws of the game in effect.
Switch players in every game.
Objective: To pass, combine/dribble the ball forward.
Player Actions: Spread out - Pass to combine - Dribble forward - Provide support on the attack - Start building the arc

Coaching Guidance:
When you need to create space? As soon as we get possession of the ball to make field bigger.

Learning Phase

•Fieldsize: 70Wx70L half-field, with a regular size goal at end line and 3 counter goals, at the midfield line as shown on picture

•Rulesof the exercise: 10v8+GK
Attacking team on white (10players + GK) against 8 orange field players.

Switch players in every game/interval.
Objective: To play out from the back, Build the arc (blue line on the back), pass/combine/dribble the ball forward into the opponents half. Attract opponents into an overload zone with numbers up to combine torito and get out of pressure to attack into the isolated.

•Duration:2intervals of 10 minutes with 2 minute rest for total of 22 minutes
•Rulesof the exercise: 11v11 both teams going to goal. Regular gameon full field.
Objective: To find the combination patterns to play out from the back by building the arc and get into the opponents half as soon as we can by building the arc in our half to spread out-wide to use the space to break lines going forward.
