Passing and receiving activation 

Players should look to move appropriately when the ball is travelling. 
Movement should look to check away from cones or come in towards the ball to set. 
Passing should look to have appropriate weight and players should look to strike the middle of the ball. 
First touches should look to take away from the defender (cones).

Counter Pressing 

4v4+1 (adapt to the size of group you have) 

The white team are the defending team and the black team are the possession team. 
Black team get a point for every X consecutive passes they make 


Progression:- 

If the white team win the ball and combine 3 passes together they will become the attacking team. 

Key points:- 
-Look to apply instant pressure on the ball as it turns over 
-Look to be really aggressive when pressing 

-Anticipate interceptions and 1v1s 
If the white team win the ball can they dribble through one of the red gates to get a point for their team.
