Method:
Line of 4 rings 2 metres from goal across the 5 metre line
Two cones 1 metre inside the near and far posts 2 metres from the goal
1 GK and 3 shooters.
GK dances through the cones with fast feet.
Facing forward, keeper goes around the cone from the front to the inside to face an immediate shot from Shooter 1 ACROSS their goal
GK moves quickly to the other side to move around the cone to face an immediate shot from shooter 2 ACROSS the keeper
GK returns to centre of goal for immediate shot from shooter 3.
Repeats x 3
Coaching Points:
Fast feet
Facing forward at all times.
Watch body language of shooters when getting into position.
Move forward into each shot and ensure near post is covered
Push shots well away to safety if not caught.
