Multiple teams of two. Everyone with a ball. Start with players attacking from one side. When this is completed, have players transition and defend the opposite side. The goal is to dribble into the zone beat the defender and get to the other side. The defenders must start on the line in back of the grid and can't defend until the attacking players enter their defensive grid
If both defenders win a ball or force the opponent out of bounds, they are both out and that color that lost both balls now defends.
