Organisation
14 players but can be more.
2 defenders against the 1 attacker
3v3 in the middle
2v1 in the attack.
Explanation
Whole process is to play through the lines to create a scoring opportunity.
e.g can we play from the defense into the midfield into the striker.
Progressions
1 player can then go into the area passed in to create an overload in that area.
eg if passed from defensive 3rd to midfield 3rd one defender can go into the area to create a 4v3.
the same can happen from midfield 3rd to attacking 3rd.
Coaching Points
When the ball is with the Gk make sure you set up the team with the ball with plenty of width and depth, so they have a starting structure.
Good rotations with the middle 3
If the ball comes in one direction can the ball transition to the other side.
Go back to your passing Practice from before.

Explanation

Progressions
If you find that the blues are keeping the ball for too long, then after 10 passes another player can enter.
Coaching Points
Cab players notice pressure, and none pressure for example when to take a touch and when to play first time.
