Organisation

  • Two of the three outside servers start with ball
  • One of them plays pass / low shot / volley at GK, who returns ball to 'spare' player without a ball 
  • Sequence is repeated with other ball

*Progression: Now bump mannequins out beyond the penalty spot and play 2 touch with outside players moving around mannequins. Picture should change every rep to force GK to constantly scan.

2 Touch Distribution w/ Pressure

Two Touch Distribuion w/ Pressure

  • GK begins with ball at feet and plays pass with S1
  • As S1 receives, S2 moves from between mini goals to standing directly in front of one. GK should be scanning.
  • Once GK receives pass from S1, S2 may pressure GK in straight line. GK passes to open mini goal.
  • Once pass hits mini goal, S3 takes touch (any direction) and shoots on goal. If pass misses mini goal, S3 should receive that misplaced pass and use that ball instead.
*Assistants should serve as S1 and ball feeder, while campers rotate evenly between GK, S2, S3.
