Organization:3 teams, two boxes for possession and a middle defensive area
Instructions: offensive teams will work to get 10 passes with one defender, once they connect 10 passes a second defender will enter the box. If the offensive team can get another 10 passes then they will try to find a pass across the defensive area to the other offensive box.If defensive team wins the ball they just have to play the ball imto the opposite box to become offensive.
Coaching Points/Questions: How can we commit the defender? Make sure the ball is moving quickly. Do not let defender catch up with the ball. When are we looking to play across? Do not force as soon as you can play across if it is not on.
Regressions/Progressions:
P: add 3rd defender in.
R: lower passes from 10 to 8 to 6, etc.

Organization: same field as the prior two activities, just make center third bigger to show thirds to ply through. One team will be split to fill other teams.
Instructions: Offensive team must find a player on their own defensive third to start the play. once a player recieves the ball on own defensicve third they can then play to the opposing target for a point. if the offensive team can complete passes in all three thirds they will recieve 2 points when played to target. Possession changes when ball hits target for other team to try to play out. if defensive team wins the ball in offensive third they can play straight to target. green lines shown act as build out line to encourage the desired behavior. if ball is one in middle third, or defensive third the ball must be reset to your own target to start build out from the back again.
Coaching Points/Questions: When do we play back vs try to break a line of pressure? Play the way you are facing when under pressure. Check shoulder when trying to turn/ open up.
Regressions/Progressions:
P: remove build out rule or players only have 1 touch in middle third
