Rondo & Mvmnt (15 mins)
Setup- Mark out two 5x5 areas. 4 players per area.
Description- 3v1 rondo with open side that outside players can move into. 3 min rondo, 1 min mobility, 3 min rondo, 1 min stability
Coaching Points- beating defender by moving the ball quickly

Position Play (20 mins)
Setup- Mark out two areas 5x10. 4 players per area.
Description- 1v1 +2. In a 1v1 game, players seek to play the ball to their target player. When ball is played to TP, they play the ball into the other team. TP can use entire end. Player who passed to TP has to retreat to halfway line.
Coaching Points- Encourage players to stay on the ball, using pace and deception to beat defender. Reinforce bravery and trying new skills.
