Reaction and Footwork Shot Machine
Cone 1: Keeper will start sitting down, on coaches "go" will get up and receive a hard volley to hands and return ball to sender.
Cone 2 and Cone 3: While ball is in the on the return from cone 1, Cone 2 will play a pass to Cone 3. Keeper readjusts to find ball line for cone 3 during the pass, cone 3 takes a touch and shoots.
Cone 4: After shot from Cone 3, keeper resets to find cone 4 on the same side. Ball will be shot on the ground through group of tennis balls for a reaction save.
Cone 5 back to Cone 1: Cone 5 will then throw a ball towards the back post where the player on cone 1 will be waiting for a header. Keeper will readjust as well to find ball line on opposite side. Ball will be headed to goal for another reaction save.
