Dots are to help show starting positions and the players positional movement across the full play.
- RB is on the throw in and facing in field.
- RB then faces towards the RW.
- Upon the RB facing the RW the RW moves towards the RB, a CM moves towards RB and the other CM moves to where the other CM came from.
- The ball is thrown forwards for any of the following the RW to head over and chase, the CM to chase or over the top of the RW for the RW and ST to chase.
