Players split into 2 teams
-On coaches whistle one player from each team dribbles across center line and passes or shoots the ball into the goal on the other side of the field
-Players are encouraged to keep their head up while they dribble to avoid running into the other teams player
*Encourage the players to use the side of the foot for accuracy(passing) and the laces for power(shooting)*

Split Players into 2 teams
The object of the game is to bring as many balls from the center area back into either of your teams areas. You may also dribble balls from the opposing teams areas back across the center line and into your teams areas. Players can defend and attempt to steal balls dribbled by the opposing team up until the center line. Players can not be challenged for a ball in their own half.
Play 3-5 min rounds depending on player numbers.
The team with the most balls in their areas at the end of the time is the winner.

Split players into 2 teams and adjust area for player #'s
Encourage players to move with their head up
On coach's whistle one player from each group runs to the opposite group, dodging other players running in the middle of area (4 players are running through the area at any one time), using changes of speed and direction.
1. Start with players moving slowly through the area
2. Have players jog and progress to running through the area
3. Add balls with slower speed
4. Add balls and have players jog and then run with the ball
