Moves of Week skill
Move forward with the sole of the foot while walking
While walking, they push the ball forward using the sole of the right and left foot. The objective is to stimulate ball control and sensitivity. Ask for a soft touch and a regular rhythm.
Move the ball forward with sole while skipping
While skipping, the players push the ball forward using the sole of the right and left while trying to keep a regular and well-coordinated rhythm.
Instructions
Players take it in turns to dribble towards the large cone and perform a skill to reach the other side.
Two balls can work at the same time as long as the players work the same skills

Description
The players run a relay between the cones without touching them
Variations
Run with no ball
Dribble the ball with both feet
Emphasis
Change the rhythm of the race by varying the distances between the cones
Encourage competition among the teams to make the activity more fun
Progress by asking the players to dribble through every second or third cone instead.
Messi touches through the cones, Soft touches, touch/step, touch/step
Ronadlo touches while running back to the end of the line, touch/ three steps

Small Sided Games 2v2 3v3
Ensure coaches have plenty of soccer balls on hand to maintain the temp of the game
Set Up
Set up two fields 20m x 15 m with goals at each end.
Emphasis
This is a free game which should stimulate expression, initiative and the creativity of the players.
Encourage the players to take each other on and run into space to score.
The aim is to develop their technique and individual tactical play
Encourage players to use the dribbling techniques they have learned.

Set up a 20m x 20m grid, Soccer balls are placed randomly within the grid and away from players.
Instructions
Players move around within the grid in different ways, jogging, skipping, walking etc
On the coaches call the players move to one of the free soccer balls and perform 5 repetitions of a ball manipulation skills chosen by the coach IE toe taps, inside bells
Emphasis
Use of different parts of the foot.
Awareness of free soccer balls.
