Keep Away
15x12 grid
3v2 in one grid playing keep away while in the other grid the teammate of the defending team awaits the defenders winning possesiion. When that happens white team plays to opposite grid and join their teammate. 2 players from the blue squad go and defend the 3v2. Player who gives up possession must be one of the defenders going in. Team in possession must complete 10 passes to score a goal. Splitting pass counts as 2 passes. If defending team allows 10 passes then 5 push ups.

1v1 With Finishing
Defender plays the ball to attacker who proceeds for a 1v1. After the 1v1 is complete players cycle from attacking to defending. If the defender wins the 1v1 they must play a combination with the next attacker in line in order to score at either of the two small nets outside the 18.

SAQ Circuits (35 mins)
SAQ Circuit - 60 sec./station
Two groups of players in 2 circuits in pairs. Players in pairs rotate until circuit is complete. Players on the inside serve a ball on the ground in Circuit 1 and in the air in circuit 2, until the circuits are complete then pairs switch roles. Servers in Circuit 1 must keep ball moving while waiting for partner to complete agility exercising using various techniques (Toe taps, foundations, dragbacks). Servers in circuit 2 must juggle. Once both players complete a circuit they switch with the other group.
