Set up:
-see diagram for set-up and equipment
-full area approx. 20x25 yards (5x25 zones at the side)
Drill-
- players dribbling through the center zone
- once they get to the end they perform a quick sharp turn and attack the defender with speed
- trying to score on the goal
Coaching Points
- dribble through centre zone close control lots of touches
- when entering attacking zone , attack the defender
- attack with speed
- use your moves to get passed the defender.

Organization:

-area approx. 25x20 yards
-4v4/5v5 SSG to 2 goals - add a retreat line, to allow players move time/spacee to build up play
Possible variations/progressions:
-man to man marking
-all players must be across half in order for goal to count
-add extra balls
-take out retreat line
Coaching Points:
-close dribbling in tight areas
-accelerate/rwb into open spaces
-get head up to scan for space, goal, defender
-quick decision-making - use speed or 1v1 skill
-accurate finishing

In there, they can perform different ball mastery techniques or keep-ups Once player gets to the middle of the zone the next player starts, and then enter attacking zone to finally finish into the net

-use of both feet and all surfaces of feet
-accurate finish into the goal
