Organisation
- Exactly the same set up as previous sets of runs
- Instead of running into middle cones and back out this time the run is from diagonal cone to opposite diagonal
- 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and through gate 9.
- Once through gate 9 perform a recovery run and join opposite group.
- Each pair to perform 5 sets

Organisation
- Use 1/2 pitch from 18yd box to 1/2 way line.
- Set up cones as shown - cones in middle at an angle to cones on edge.
- Players split into two groups and positioned on cones 1.
- First pair sprint out to cone 2, into cone 3 and back out to cone 4 and so on. Once they pass through gate 9 perform a recovery run to join opposite group.
- Each pair performs 5 sets.
