撞牆配合二過一配合

1.要從對手身後跑位,而不是身前跑位。

2.隊友應該將球傳向身前的空當,也就是接球隊友行進的路線上。 

3.配合「撞牆」或者其他代號。

Warm-ups (10 mins)

EQUIPMENT:

適量足球、色碟x 12-18、速度梯x1、平衡球x1

 [Football (enough),Disc 12-18,Ladder 1,Balance ball 1]


DESCRIPTION:

每人平均進行動態伸展及熱身
Dynamic stretching and warming up. 

進行區域傳球-黃色區域/紅色區域
Passing into space-Yellow zone/Red zone

範圍內進行撞牆練習/對換盤球球員

AIMS:

低強度至高強度熱身 (potentiate)

呼喚肌肉醒覺 (activate)

球員身體及心理上準備接下來訓練
Players are prepared physically and psychologically for the next training.

BEHAVIOURS:

積極及以正確動作進行熱身遊戲

Warm up game actively and with correct movements.


CONDITIONS:

(進展一) 練習期間會定時進行動態伸展進展:兩人一組(相同顏色)

(進展二) 添加防守球員阻止成功撞牆傳送

  • 盤球球員盤球找藍色球員作撞牆(兩分鐘紅、藍角色對換)。

先用腳內傳球,再用腳外hidden pass傳球,左右腳交替練習。

TR1 (10 mins)

EQUIPMENT:

適量足球、色碟x 12-18、標誌筒x 8-12 

[Football (enough),Disc 12-18,Cones 8-12]

DESCRIPTION:
球員A傳球球員B。球員B接應後向雪糕筒盤球,同時,球員C跑入場內向球員B作支援,進行撞牆式傳球。

完成撞牆式傳球後,球員B需要傳球給予球員D,然後會把球傳給球員A的開始位置。

AIMS:

球員B接應傳球要留意身體方向、注意第一控球之力度及方向。
球員B盤球與雪糕筒約1步至1步半伸展步,與球員C作撞牆式傳球。
留意傳球技巧和球員B要必須傳到球員C(用hidden pass/腳內側。
球員C支援速度要快,先拋開身體,再半轉身準備切入作撞牆式傳球。
球員C,用腳內或腳外作撞牆回傳(用身體配合)。
留意入攝時間(回傳)。

BEHAVIOURS:

足球大約保持在身體前方一步距離

抬頭觀察場上隊友的位置及距離

適量足球、色碟x 12-18、標誌筒x 8-12

DESCRIPTION:

球員A傳球球員B。
球員B盤球帶入場區,防守球員便可以上前作防守。
球員A和C可以跑入場內作支援,球員B可以自行選擇進行撞牆式傳球/穿透式傳球/個人突破。
進攻球員要成功傳球到教練才能得分。
每組需要有兩個人到隔離組作防守球員,並會進行輪換。

AIMS:

留意防守球員距離及位置。
因應防守球員而作決定(撞牆式傳球/穿透式傳球/個人突破)
球員B盤球與雪糕筒約1步至1步半伸展步,與球員B作撞牆式傳球。
留意傳球技巧和球員B要必須傳到球員C(用hidden pass/腳內側)。
球員C支援速度要快,先拋開身體,再半轉身準備切入作撞牆式傳球。
球員C,用腳內或腳外作撞牆回傳(用身體配合)。
球員A留意入攝時間(回傳)。
應在球員C背後入攝。

當球員決定向右傳球時,可因應防守球員之距離
