Finishing SAQ Circuit.

Players move over the ladders at the same time as each group (highlighted as blue and red here) with a variaty of specific movements.

the players then get across each other touching the poles. they receive a ball from their team mate and strike 1st on two touch then on one touch.

The players then return to their original groups.

Same movement as previous over ladders and poles. The only change now comes when the player receives the ball he controls it and spins to strike the opposite ball first time strike . The player then joins the opposite group.

Last change is adding in the work over the hurdles now after the strike. Players after the strike must join the opposite group working over the mini hurdles on various specific movements.
