Three 15m squares next to each other. A cone is placed 15m away. The Players are numbered one to five, but they pass the ball randomly between each other. The coach calls a number and the Player sprints to the cone then back to his grid. All the variations in exercise one can be used. Trzy kwadraty 15m obok siebie.
