Instructions: Player to dribble from gate past middle cone, turn back past cone and then turn again to the opposite gate from where they started.
Coaching Points: Messi touches, use of front foot to drag ball back, bend knees, use of back foot to take ball away, head up.
Progressions: Use of weak foot.

Organization: 2 v 1 attacking - 2 goals.
Instructions: Defender passes ball into attacker 1 who works with attacker 2 to try and score in any of the 2 goals. If defender wins the ball then take it to the end line for a point to them.
Coaching Points: Positive, defenders position dictates turn or no turn, if turn then play quickly to capitalise or shield ball if defender reads the turn.
