Finihsing in 1vs1 situations middle of goal (20 mins)
Set up / Organisation: Players line up with ball each attack mannequin shift the ball with stepover first to left or right then finish without keeper in. Accuracy in bottom corners. Approach is key. Then Move to left mannequin then the right mannequin.
Technical Learning objectives:
Ball close to foot, low centre of gravity, body movement and speed (slow to go fast?), ability to go both ways and finish with both feet
Tactical Learning Objectives:
assess space in behind opponent to attack, is the movement into manequin slow to go fast? or is burst of pace needed throughout.imagine defender is there assess defenders weaker side and exploit.
Physiological Learning Objectives:

cool and composed under pressure especially when in goalscoring positions. Quick recovery from errors(eg if tckled or trick doesnt come off react!)

1VS 1 skills to beat opponent (25 mins)
Set up / Organisation: 30 X 20 AREA GK PLAYS BALL INTO BLUE ATTACKER WHO ATTACKS RED DEFENDER. DEFENDER CAN ONLY ENGAGE ONCE BLUE PLAYER ENTERS THE SHADED AREA. IF BLUE PLAYER GETS PAST RED PLAYER CAN INTIALLY ONLY SCORE IN LAST SHADED ZONE. PROGRESSION IS ATTACKER CAN SHOOT IN EITHER SHADED AREA. ONCE ATTACKED ONE GOAL ATTACKER MOVE TO BACK OF OTHER QUE TO ATTACK OTHER GOAL.

crossing and finishing. (25 mins)
Set up / Organisation: Crossing and finishing, 2 mannequins to attack on wings. Ball must be played into striker who plays back to midfielder who plays wide. Winger now attacks mannequin and get on outside to cross ball in. Striker and opposite winger attack the ball. Bring in a defender as progression.
Technical Learning objectives:
Striker- hold up paly and set up
Cm- ball into striker, hold run, ball out to winger
Winger - first touch approach to mannequin to then get on outisde then final ball with quality, pick someone out.
Opposite winger- don't get in box to early hold run then attack space
Tactical Learning Objectives:
understanding positions and holding runs so can recieve the ball in the right area.

Poor first touch react and recover to continue practice to cross the ball. Mistakes happen. Communication
