Set up: Area 15x40 yrds with 2 cones at halfway point on side. Players in 2 teams facing goal with balls at side. (see Picture) Large goal with GK or use target goals.
1v1 players ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, winner collects the ball to attack, loser sprints around their middle cone & onto pitch to defend 1v1. Attacker looks to score, defender looks to win the ball & transition to attack
