Coach sets up playing area with a goal and keeper at each end of area.
2 players from each team from opposite sides of the playing area meet 10 metres apart at center line. Players encouraged to pass quickly between teams, when coach blows the whistle the team in possession must quickly attack any goal at end of the area, attempting to quickly score a goal before the opposition can organise and defend.
