Organization:
1. Four teams of three player per setup, one ball per group.
2. Red cone is 10 yeards from every blue cone. Every blue cone is 8 yards from every other blue cone.
Points:
-First= 3
-Second= 2
-Third= 1
-Forth= 0
Instructions:
1. Players start on coaches "go".
2. Dribbler must round the cones in order, alternanting between blue and red cones.
3. After each player passes through the circuit he leaves the ball between the red cones for th enext player.
3. As the last dribbler passes the red cone for the last time he sits on the ball to end his team's round. (player and ball, not just ball)
4. alternate directions. (counter clockwise, clockwise)
Technique:
a. right foot only x2. (outside to take space quickly, inside to turn. (take best time)
b. left foot only x2. (outside to take space quickly, inside to turn. (take best time)
c. either foot x2. (take best time)
Coaching Points:
1. Toe down to cover space quickly in the straights.
2. Small quick choppy steps to slow down for the turn.
3. Touch every step in the turn. (Messi touches)(outside chop, inside chop)
4. Explode off the line and out of each turn. (bend knees and explode on last turn, don't waste a step)
*Don't lose control of the ball on the last line.*

Four Team Rondo (15 mins)
Organization:
1. Three 8x8 yard areas.
2. 3v1 in each area.
3. Each round is two minutes.
4. Rotate teams in the middle.
5. The amount of points you finish the round with is your score. Add each score together for final score. (i.e. 3+2+3=8points)
Instructions:
1. One touch.
2. Eight passes in a row equals one point.
3. First pass is not free. Defender must give 3 yards on first pass. Defenders can tackle and or intercept.
4. Player that restarts must touch ball with hand first.
Coaching Points:
1. Always moving to create and angle.
2. Use periferal vision to see defender and two options.
3. When to play to space, when to play to feet.
