Passing Practice Variation 1 (10 mins)
Organisation / Set Up:
- As per diagram, 6 poles set up with 4 creating a square in the middle and two on the ends.
- Players line up on the two end poles with balls; and one player on each of the four central poles.
- Playing pass through the variations, following their passes.
Variation 1:- Focuses on players passing to the higher player; who then sets it to the player underneath.
- Once this occurs, player underneath passes to the end player and sequence continues out the other side.
