Setup- Use one of the pre-lined boxes or set-up a 10x20m box.
Description- Players on the outside are waiting for a pass. Inside players are dribbling. Take 3 touches and then find an available player on the outside to pass it to.
- Alternate feet, inside/outside, change direction, favorite move, etc.
- Toe touches and foundations will be thrown out every once in a while.

Setup- Mark off a 25m by 30m area with cones. Use additional cones along the sides for channel.. 2 players per side, 2 neutrals. One small goal at each end.
Description- Training game 2v2 with 2 neutrals playing wide. Rotate the 2 neutrals. Rotate neutral to play.
Progression/Regression
Pro- Number of passes before allowed to shoot. Have to pass out to one neutral to score.
Reg- Rebalance teams

Setup- mark an area 20x25 with cones. 3 (white) 3 (turquoise). 2 neutrals if necessary.
Description- 3v3 zonal scrimmage. 3 players on each team are stuck in their zones. Creating 1v1's around the field.
Coaching points- choosing when/ where to pass, choosing when/ where to move to create width/ depth. Potential to introduce back pass as a way to keep possession.

Setup- Create 4 teams (white, teal, black, & yellow)
Description- 3 minute games. Field A and Field B. Winner on field A stays, Loser on A moves down to B. Winner on B moves to A. Loser on B stays.
Coaching Points- Scan to find open teammates or open space.
Secondary- Movement off the ball.
