Movement with finishing
AIMS:
Build up 3-1 movement
BEHAVIOURS:
1. [Red1] pass to [Red2] and run to flank
2. [Red2] fake run and receive the ball, then pass to [Red3]
3. [Red3] fake run and receive the ball, then square to [Red1]
4. [Red1] follow up with a shoot
5. Reds switch roles
6. Blues repeat the training on the other side
CONDITIONS:
1. no limitation
2. max. 2-3 touches
DISTRIBUTION:
Start from [Red1] & [Blue1]

AIMS:
Build up 3-1 movement
BEHAVIOURS:
1. GK[yellow] throw to GK[green]
2. GK[green] distribute the ball to Reds
3. 3v3 in the box
4. Reds try to pass to their pivot, then one of them can follow up for finishing
CONDITIONS:
1. start from passive defender, advance to active defender
2. can only follow up to the final zone after ball passed to pivot
3. change role after several tries
DISTRIBUTION:
