Coach starts the attack by passing to one of the midfield players, on his first touch the recovering defender can set off.
Attackers have a 4v2 situation with recovering defender, object is to score as quickly as possibble before defenders can get back into positions.
If the defenders win the ball they can pass through the cones or into the coach

Immediately after the second attack through the middle the coach shouts for a cross from one of the wide players, the attackers and defenders have to adjust their positions and be ready for the first cross.
As soon as the first cross is cleared or scored the second cross can be delivered from the opposite side.
