Pattern of passes - 3rd man and finishing
Connect with 9 to lay it off and finishing
3x4' - after 4 minutes the groups will rotate

1st - 7 needs to pass the ball into 9 / if 10 passes into 9 - one touch finish
2nd - 9 needs to lay it off but 10 can play back
3rd - Ball in the air - first pass

Objective: Positional practice where number 9 will link with number 8 or 10 in order to create a 3rd man a play into 11 or 7.
Coach will play the second ball into the action to create a transition.
Defending team will have a number 6,4&5 Defending the First action and a 8 that will come back trying to recover the position. If they get the ball, they will score on mini nets.
Progression 1: First ball will be in the air for 9 to try to control
