Ball striking
Set up four mini goals. Put two mini goals far away and then another 2 in front of them but a bit closer. Can you find a way to score in all of the mini goals. Strike the ball on the move, not static.
Think about bending the ball around or over the first mini goal blocking the far one. Practice using both left and right foot.
Put as much pace on the pass as you can, can you hit the ball hard and still be accurate.
Think about using different surfaces of your foot to strike the ball, try and get back spin on the ball when chipping it over mini's.

Finishing Techniques
With a team mate passing you the ball, can your first touch take you sideways (away from the pressure of the defender) and then shoot into the bottom corners.
Use your laces to strike the ball into the near post and the inside of your foot to bend the ball into the far corner. Before you receive the ball, scan, look at where the GK would be and pick your spot. It is very important that once you have had your first touch you don't look at the goal again until after you have shot. When you lift your head to look at the goal, the defenders and GK know you are going to shoot and that fraction of a second will allow the defenders to get closer too you.

Driving with the ball and combining with team mates
With a team mate set up an area 40 yards long. The last 10 yards have an end zone that you can't go in.
Your team mate will start with the ball.
1: They will play into you
2: Positive first touch attaching the space and driving with the ball
3: Play a pass back into your team mate (give and go, commit to combine)
4: Continue running forward without the ball
5: Your team mate will set the ball back to you to pass into a goal first time.
Your first touch needs to be a positive one, out in front of you to attack the space, can you move and have a first touch at the same time, take it in your running stride.
Use the laces/Front of your foot to push the ball when running with the ball.
When passing to your team mate can you use the front part of your foot, you won't need to change your running stride and also adds disguise to the pass.
When you pass the ball into the goal can you do it first time and punch the ball hard and low into the goal.

Running With the Ball
With a team mate, can you run with the ball over 20/30 yards, play a lend and set with a team mate to then shoot.
Can you have big strides when running with the ball pushing the ball forward with your laces, can you play a front foot pass into your team mate before taking small steps and adjusting the direction you are running in before shooting.
Use a variety of finishing techniques depending on the set, it might be in front of you or to the side of you, think about curling the ball into the near post and using laces to drive the ball across the goal. Can you be clever and creative and try lifting and chipping the ball as well.

1v1 Attacking, Attacking Space.
With a team mate develop your ability to attack space quickly.
Your team mate will stand 10 yards away and play a backwards diagonal pass to you, Can you then beat them down the line and cut the ball back into the mini goal.
Your first touch needs to be positive and forward, Don't stop and slow down, use yours speed and pace to force them as far down the pitch as you can. Lift your eyes and see the space around and past the opponent for you to drive into.
Keep the ball on your safe side, this will allow you to carry the ball and not be tackled if the opponent gets close.
Once in the final third can you find a pass into the goal or can yo use tricks and disguise to get past the opponent.
