Organization
Set up the practice with 2 players from each team facing each other on the outside.
Players play directionally, in this case, Greens east to west and the Blue team north to south. Players get 1 goal if they successfully play from one Target player to another. Players have to use the players in the middle to combine, they can not play from one Target player to another directly.
If the ball goes out of play, the team in possession must get the ball from one of the corners to restart play. Rotate the Target players every 3 minutes.

2v2+2 Skill Practice
Organization
Set up the practice as seen in the above image: two practices of 2v2 with 1 Target player at either end and 4 players resting. The balls are to be positioned in the corners to allow players to set the tempo of the practice.
When in possession of the ball, Blues play from left to right, with Reds right to left. Once the Attacking team has passed to their intended Target, the opposite team gets possession of the ball, playing the opposite way.
If the Defenders win the ball, they keep possession and look to either keep the ball or play to their intended Target.
Players get a goal for hitting their intended Target players. Keep score of the practice and rotate the players every 2 minutes. If the ball goes out of play, Target Players get a ball from one of the corners to allow the central players to create space.
