Method:
1. Score in any goalie
2. Score in opposite color goalies only and defend own

- Find empty spaces to receive the pass if the defense is organized- Make use of the body to protect the ball- Try to have numerical superiority either defenders or attackers.

Method:
4vs4
The team in possession needs to pass 3 times after can send the ball to their player in the other half and use this square. This player can be used at any time but the # of passes would start from zero.
Score = Every time they complete 3 passes and successfully pass the ball to the player on the other side.
The score for defenders = whenever they recover the ball and within 1 or 2 passes a player is getting the ball in the empty square.

7vs7 + 2 neutrals that can play with any team.
The idea is recovering the ball and playing outside (has no opposition)
Coaching Points:
- Widen the pitch to make better use of space
- Protect the ball as soon as its recovered and organize the attack
- Facilitate transitions by playing to the free player (either side)
