Description

1vs1 score as many goals as you can in 1 minute time.

If I recover the ball I can score any goalie. Is a free activity, counting goals for motivation. After 1min there is 2 min recovery while changing opponent.

Coaching points:

- Be aware of the space (there is going to be a single area shared by all the couples)

- Find empty spaces to dribble if the defense is organized

- Make use of the body to protect the ball

The team in possession needs to pass 3 times after can send the ball to their player in the other half and use this square. This player can be used at any time but the # of passes would start from zero.

Score = Every time they complete 3 passes and successfully pass the ball to the player on the other side.

The score for defenders = whenever they recover the ball and within 1 or 2 passes a player is getting the ball in the empty square.
