Across the Border: restricted area in 2 - 20x20 grids
Rules:
4v2 in grid 1 and 3v1 in grid 2.
-Yellow team tries to connect on 6-8 passes before ball crosses/switches the line/border to other grid for yellow players to do the same. Yellow player in grid 1 can cross the line/border to other gird 2 to help maintian posession and attain 5-8 passes.
-Defensive team when they win the ball try maintian possession, must stay in their grid, but can pass to teammates in other grid.
-Points alotted for 5-8 passes and crossing border. Restrictions can include limiting touches if needed to help speed of play and better movement off the ball
**Coaching points/emphasis**
Proper support, preperation to recieve, creativity, thinking ahead, angles and quick switch of the ball. Players need to be balanced and use the width, depth (spacet=time ) to keep posession.

Counter 4 goal game - 4v4 +2 neutral offensive players in 50x60 yd field
Rules:
Yellow and Orange players are allowed to cross the blue cones (are allowed in either half) while neutral players (grey) must stay in their half. Play must be swtiched from one half to the other before attempting to score goal.
Extra points for use of both neutral players, switch of play, and then scoring. For example- swtiching ball for header goal is 3 points.
**Coaching points/emphasis** includes a change of pace or tempo, preperation for receiving, attaining width in attack quickly, as well as proper attacking runs with diagonal balls/ bending balls, thinking ahead to limiting touches to help speed of play.

9v9 scrimmage using 3/4 of a full field or half a field if space is limited.
Rules:
regular scrimmage rules with Coach designating extra points below
-2 pts awarded for switch of play (when appropriate/ realisitic) and shot on goal (must amke goalkepeper save it or hit the post)
-3 pts awarded for switch of play (when appropriate/ realisitic) with goal scored

*Progression 2- Takeovers with rotation starts with player 1 dribbles to player 2 who takesover and passes to player three who dribbles/penetrates towards player 1 for next takeover (3-4 minutes)
-Stretch (1-2 min)
*Progression 3- Short, short then long with player 1 passes to player 2 who passes back to player 1 and makes supporting run to player 3 receving pass from from player 1. ( 2-3 min)
-Final stretch (2-3 min)
