Main activity- 1v1 same side
Organization:
- 1v1 with two mini goals
- both lines of players start on the same side
Instructions:
- On coaches call players start a 1v1. Players can score into any net, only after they make it to the middle.
Technical Coaching Points:
- Quickly stop or slow down, making the defender think you're about to halt your movement.
- Turn your body facing the opposite side of the defender to shield the ball and trick the defender faking a turn.
Tactical Coaching Points:
- How can we manipulate the defender while utilizing the stop and go?
- How fast can we finish after beating the defender?
Progressions & Regressions:
- Progression: Impose a time limit.
- Regression: Delay the defender's run.

Conditioned game
Organization:
- Even numbers scrimmage +/GK If possible
Instructions:
- If players can execute the stop and go, and score, they get two points.
Technical Coaching Points:
- Pay attention to the defender next to you.
- When executing the move, commit to the stop in go, to fool the defender.

- Stay on the ball
- "Think forward Play forward": 1st intention is to always play forward and take space ahead
