Small sided game where they odject is to play the ball from the back from the server (defender) through the midfield to the other server. the team in possesion remains so until dispossesed in the midfield area. Using the server, this means a 4v3 midfield It can be made harder by insisting on one pass in the midfield area before moving it on to the server, then 2, then 3 etc.
Try not to put the boys in positions, let them work out where the spaces are and the tricks they can use to make spaces. No pressure on the servers for this one but they do have to move to make the right angles for passing and receiving to ensure a permanent extra man...
