Session Objective: Combination play to attack
Organisation:
4 v 3 each half.Players stay in their half.
Start from green goalkeeper.Whites receive and have to create opportunity to play ball into opposite half.Whites then attack 3 v 4.When play dead ball stats from yellow goalkeeper and reds receive.
Extend:
A : Player who plys bll in to opposite half can move into other half to create 4 v 4 until possession lost.
B : Player must run ball over halfway then join in.
As A and B but two players can join in.

Session Objective: Warm up to develop touch and control
Organisation:Players in pairs one behind another width of pitch apart.Various combinations involving moving the ball and passing.
A : Move with ball.One from each side.Lots of touches and manipulations until pass other player then play to opposite side and follow pass.
B : Move with ball.One from each side.When level with other player execute turn and then pass back to player on side player came from.Follow pass.
C : Move with ball.One from each side.Pass opposite player then turn quickly back towards side player started from.Pass and follow pass back to side.
D : Move with ball.One from each side.When confronting player drop weight to left and then move ball to right and pass,Play pass to opposite side and follow.
E : Move with ball.One from each side.As in A but play pass at end,receive return,then play back to player for him to move forward with ball.
F : Move with ball.One from each side.As inD but double stepover.
Endless variations.Idea of warm up is for players to get many varied touches,change direction and work at a high tempo in preparation for the session.
