SET UP: Working from 1 direction initally, blues play a 2v0 to score, whoever strikes the ball stays in attacking half, non striker stays in defending half. Once strike has been taken whites react and play 2v1 (esentially a gauntlet game, 2v1 in each half)
KEY POINTS: Where are the defenders? Pass or dribble. When is the best time to pass in relation to defenders positions.
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: 1st defender can retreat into defensive half to make it more realistic. Adds an element of speed.

SET UP:Conditioned games, 2v2 or 3v3, if a player has a shot (regardless of outcome) they must go and do 3 ball juggles before they can come back in the game. Can players react and utilize the overload.
KEY POINTS: Acknowledging when there is a 2v1 and how best to attack it (dribble or pass)

SET UP: 2 v 2 - If you score a goal then you then move onto the other pitch to create an overload.
