Instructions:
Players dribble out to centre line and the perform a 'Highwave'. After doing so they take the ball to the opposite endline and perform a 'Stop-Turn'.
Coaching Points:
- Pinky toe to dribble
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Correct execution of stop start
- Ball out of feet
- Head up after stop start
- Accelerate out of stop start
Progressions:
- Use weaker foot on every other go

Instructions:
A plays to B who opens up and finds C. C plays back to B, who is now pressed by A (passive defender). B drives inside, upon which C overlaps them. B finds C with a sole roll and C drives back to the start line.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of check (speed of though and movement, communication, body shape, correct foot to receive with)
- Quality of pass (weight, direction, timing)
- B using correct foot to receive/pass in order to protect ball from A
- Recogniton of touch inside (space to overlap)
- Timing and shape of run
- Communication (Hold, Through)
Progression:
A becomes live on C's pass to B. Play 2v1 to endlines. Play until a goal is scored or ball goes out of play. Keep score and play a Champions League format.
