Organization:
-1 grid on quarter pitch
-16 players in 2 teams
- Balls, pinnies & cones
Instructions:
- In one half of the pitch one team plays 8v6, with one player on each end/baseline.
- Each team attempts to make 4 passes and then play one of their players into the other half.
- If successful, they keep possession and attempt the same thing on the other side.
- The midway or centre line should be used as an offside line.
- If players win the ball they look to play one of their players on the ends to signal a change of possession, then 2 of the other team's players will drop off to the ends
Progressions:
1) limited touches; 2) must play into other half with 2 touches; 3) use a neutral player

- Technique of 1st touch, receiving the ball, passing, control, awareness, angles of passes and runs, - Communication

Instructions:
- Players start from 2 opposite lanes, combining 2 at a time, around a diamond shape (10x10) as per diagram.
- Start with 2 touches and if successful move to 1 touch only.
- Begin with right foot, then switch to left foot (going clockwise).
Key Coaching Points:
- Retain possession while moving at speed
- Good 1st touch, create angles, no square passes
- Accuracy, timing & weight of pass
- Movement of the ball to take the ball in stride on back foot
- Communication

Organization:
- 6v4 with focus on penetrating pass and finishing
-1/4 field as per diagram, 2 groups with 1 GK
- Pinnies and balls
Instructions:
- Attacking team is looking to find solutions to penetrate and shoot. Defending team needs to keep the offside line high
- Attacking team collects the ball on the half way line
- Use different combination plays, being patient in possession until they can penetrate
- Attacking team tries to score on the net, while defending team try to keep possession of ball and score by passing ball through cones
- Rotate attackers and defenders every wave of attack
- Switch teams after 7 minutes
