Rules
IP team tries to move the ball from one side to the other without losing possession.
Point is scored when ball has been played through each "level" using the central player. Possession from front to back or side to side not using the central player is still encouraged, but no points gained
If ball is lost then, OOP team tries to score in the mini goal.
PLAYER ACTIONS:

Move IMMEDIATELY into passing lines to be the open free player
Look at defenders before receiving the ball
Receive with furthest foot
Body shape opens options

Angle as you close
Small steps when you get close
Squeeze together side to side and front to back

5v4+delayed 1 Attacking/Defending The Box
SET-UP
5 attackers take up positions in a 2-3
Each position has a number (to help start play)
Two attacker substitutes will act as restart of play targets for the defending team
4 defenders take up a back 4 formation
A #6 player starts behind the line near midfield and will enter the activity after a designated amount of time
Coach calls out a number to trigger a ball being played into that attacking player to begin play
After designated time has passed, the defending #6 can join in to make the game 5v5
Attackers are going to goal
Defenders are winning the ball and playing to the target players behind the line near midfield
PLAYER ACTIONS
IP
- Move off the ball to make space and disrupt the defenders
- Look for defender position to determine where to play teammates (defender wide= pass behind. Defender central= Pass to feet wide)
- Finish quickly in the box
RM
- Move collectively to squeeze space side to side and back to front
- Delay the attack to prevent the ball going forward and give time for recovering player to help defend

Players play 3v2 with two balls, if opponent steals the ball, they drop pinnie and player who lost the ball picks it up before pressuring.
Firmly encourage the attacking players to face the middle at all times. Avoid turning backs to defenders and playing in corners.
