1v1 activity to mini goals.
The game begins with the feeders or coaches feeding the ball into one of the two players who are ready to play.
The player that receives the ball is attacking the other is defending.
The aim of both players is to score in the oppositions goal.
After a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play, players should return to their start positions ready to play again.
The feeders or coach can play to either player.
1 point for each goal scored.
Rotate the feeders after 3mins.

8v4 Pressing.
Split the group into 3 teams. One team will press for 2 minutes vs the other two teams (8v4). If the defending team win the ball, they look to score in any of the 4 goals around the grid.
The two teams of 4 (Reds and blues) look to make 8 consecutive passes, the defending team loses a point every time they are successful in doing this.
Play starts from the balls on the outside of the grid so this drill is player run. After 4 minutes rotate the teams so each one gets an opportunity to press. Play 2 sets in total and keep overall points.

Build vs Press
5v5 or 4V4 in the main area plus two goalkeepers in a coned of area or small end zone.
The game begins with one of the goalkeepers passing into one of his 5 field players (encourage them to short and quick when possible) with the aim to play the ball into the opposite goalkeepers hands or feet within the end zone to score.
The team out of possession look to press together as a group to win the ball back as high up the field as possible.
After a goal is score players must retreat to the build out line before a new ball is played..
1 point every time we play the ball into the opposite keeper successfully.

Set up x2 for 12 players
3 teams of 2 player (Red, Black and Blue).
The group in the middle of the grid are the pressing team black (team). The red and blue players position themselves on opposite end of the grid.
The game begins with the blue or red players passing the ball to each other no more than 5 times before playing the ball to the opposite team.
The black team work as a pair to press the ball and cover the space in behind (They do not look to win it at this time).
After the ball is switch to the opposite end, the team that played the switch now become the pressing team in the middle.
