SSG, 5V5 plus 2 keepers. pitch split into 3rds if in possession players must move through 3rds together and attack and defen in units, if pressing, must press in two 3rds so if opposition has ball from theor keeper, attackers must press in final 3rd and rest must be in middle 3rd leaving keeper to defend as a sweeper keeper. if oppostion has ball in middle 3rd players retreat and defend middle and own defensive 3rd. if attacking, players move into middle 3rd, all players must work to get into advanced positions to support play. one player must be in attacking 3rd to pass forward. final 5 minutes to be free play.

PROGRESSION, after first pass, player will recieve the ball on the half turn and look to play the next pass with 3 touches, AIMS players to consider cones as defenders and make small movements away to recieve and make passes, emphasis heavily on communication, and good first touch, touch should take player out of danger. playing on half turn and in few touches as possible.
