There would be 2 groups of the same passing pattern running simultaneously.
Start:
2 Players at each red cone. One player at the side line yellow cone and one player at the yellow cones closest to the lines with the ball.
Pattern begins with the players with the ball passing to the player on the inner yellow cones farthest from the ball. As those two players receive the ball, the players on the outer yellow cones begin their overlapping run around the open yellow cone. These players should time their run so the initial players receiving the ball can play a one touch lay off pass to the player making the overlapping run. The player making the overlapping run will receive the ball from the lay off and then will look to play the ball to feet to the player on the red cone that did not start with the ball. After playing the diagonal ball the player will continue their run checking to the ball to recieve the ball once more to play a quick 1-2 combination. From there the ball is played back to the beginning and pattern repeats.

Things to look out for:
Players should not be going the same speed through the drill. There should be a change of pace especially when checking to the player after the diagonal ball is played from the overlapping run.
The timing of the overlapping run. If players are having to wait for the ball to be played off to them, how the the players time their run better?

11v11 Playing to Targets
Progression 1: Target to Target (No Scoring 3 Minutes)
Objective is for each team to play to one target while keeping possession and then working the ball to the other target.
The 2 Target players are restricted to playing in the 2 end red grids while everyone else may us all the space in every grid.
Progression 2: Target to Target with Scoring (3 Minutes)
Each team is still looking to play both target players.
Each time the ball is played to a target that team receives one point. Once earning a point by playing to one target their next point can only be scored by playing the other target player. (Target players may still be used to keep possession just playing them consecutively does not result in more points).
Progression 3: Playing to Target with Direction (3 minutes)
Each team will now only play toward one target. In the example above blue team is playing get the ball from the target with the ball to the target with out the ball. Red is looking to play the target player currently with the ball. Play will always begin with one of the target players. In the example above the target player with the ball is looking to play with blue as blue tries to work the ball to the other target player. If red wins the ball they will look to play the target player who started with the ball.
Each time the ball is successfully played to the target player of the team, that team will earn point and the ball will begin again the opposite target player "from the back."
