This passing activity is to make sure the players are quick on their feet and have a good first touch. You can progress from two touches to one touch in the box. Each player has two gates and they pass the ball through each gate to a waiting player(wearing their color pennie), who passes the ball back.
Coaching points: Quickness on their feet, open hips to set your first touch towards the next gate. Accurate passes with the inside of the foot to waiting teammate. Must have a good first touch in order to set yourself up for the pass.

Coaching points: Keep head up. Short touches, and tight turns. Good accurate pass with the inside of the foot.
