Warmup (5 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

  • 16 x 20米 , 8足球, 4雪糕筒, 18飛碟
  • 人數 10-16
  • 四角各一人 盤球帶過任意雪糕筒傳給下一個隊友

AIMS:

  • 讓球員在心理及生理上準備,減低受傷機會
  • 動作可以使球員肌肉關節在接著的訓練盡快適應

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 盤球(跨腳/左右腳/轉方向速度節奏)
  • 盤球(腳內側/腳外側)
  • 傳接球

CONDITIONS:

  • 盤球兜過兩個雪糕筒才可帶回去
  • 盤球兜過雪糕筒後 (順/逆時針)傳球
  • 左右腳互換推波
  • 兩腳波完成轉向

DISTRIBUTION:

  • 球員發球

Technique 1&2 (5 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

  • 盤球繞過雪糕筒到達對面/折返

AIMS:

  • 沒有防守壓迫下完成轉向(左/右/後)和變速動作

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 第一腳要推離身 皮球要帶向要去方向
  • 觀察皮球和雪糕筒之間的距離
  • 一步一觸球向雪糕筒前進
  • 減速、改變方向(腳面/腳內檔)及加速
  • 身體重心向下 (支撐腳曲膝)
  • 改變方向的盤球距離 以第二個雪糕筒為目標
  • 轉向後 推進前的一刻 向前再觀察 (習慣)
  • 轉向後 以腳內檔方式準確向前推離身 幫助直線加速

CONDITIONS:

  • 腳面向外推過兩個雪糕筒 再向前加速
  • 腳面向外推過第二個雪糕筒 反方向轉向再折返
  • 腳內檔向內推過兩個雪糕筒 再向前加速
  • 腳內檔向內推過球員發球第二個雪糕筒 反方向轉向再折返

DISTRIBUTION:

  • 球員發球

  • 1v1 兩個小龍門
  • 進攻球員以盤帶進兩個小龍門為目標

AIMS:

  • 讓球員在真實比賽環境下改善轉向為主的1v1技術技能

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 球員接應傳球時需觀眾與防守方的距離 再決定控球力度/方向
  • 球員接應傳球後開始向左右龍門推進
  • 球員要控制速度及節奏, 過波時注意支撐腳位置
  • 隱藏腳的擺放
  • 未能完成進攻時, 保持護波再尋找下一次機會
  • 觀眾對手位置和重心, 急速轉向至另一小龍門

CONDITIONS:

  • Skill 2 : 以一條底線取代小龍門 作為進攻完成區域

DISTRIBUTION:

  • 防守球員發球
  • (Regression) 發球球員發球
