Description
-Players work in teams of three, with an additional two playersacting as neutrals on each end of the area.
-Team in possession aim to keep the ball and combine to transfer theball from one pair of servers to the other. If successful, they keep the balland target the other end.
-If defenders win the ball, they become the attacking team.
Progression:
- If team in possession play a 1-2 with the outside players, theoutside player that was played is able to step in, to create a temporary overload in the area.
