Crossfire passing drill

Set up 20x20 size varies depending on number of players 

outer players each have a ball

extra balls on he outside for players who have been hit with a ball, they then become passers

To start: half the players as passers the other half as runners

OBJECTIVE

Runners (blue players) attempt to get to the other side of the grid without getting hit with the ball

If they get hit they become an outer player (passer), repeat until 1 player is left then they are the winner. After every run each length, gather the balls and repeat

Passers (red players) attempt to pass the ball to hit a blue player (runner), (below the runners knee)

Last player standing wins.  

Repeat the drill but switch passers and runners
