Reinforce the points made in the function
Talk about what position I expect my full backs to take up when they are out of possession, and give them reference points such as the 18 yard line for the 6 yard line depending on what position the ball is.

11v11 set up Reds - 1-4-2-3-1
Blues - 1-4-3-3
The Game
The ball will always start with the Reds goal keeper who will play a long pass into the feeder who will then play the ball to a blue, who will attack the Reds goal. The Blues instructions will be to simply break down the Red defence and try move them out of position to break them down.
Reds if they gain possession simply have to get the ball to the feeder (10 second limit). And then the keeper will deliver another ball and the game will restart.
