Gate game (15 mins)
Organization: Set up gates over the field with different colours.
Instructions: The players have to dribble in two minutes as many gates they can.
Add the dragback in to it. The players have to dribble threw the gate and make a dragback to go back threw the same gate.
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball close, don't push the ball to hard so you lose it.
- Use your hips and shoulder to turn
- Find a open gate
- Don't go in to the same gate twice
