MIRROR GAME
Imaginary line between the two cones (center line). Players play 1v1 facing each other. Play is continuous. Play 60 second games. After goal is scored or possession is gained, players must bring the ball back to the starting position before they can score (center of two orange cones), After that they do not have to wait for the defender to respond
The defender can win possession of the ball by just touching the attackers ball after they have committed to go forward into their zone
1. Hold ball in hands, score by touching cone with foot. Defending player can't cross the center line but if they get their foot in between the opponents and the cone, they win possession
2. One option to score: Ball at feet. Score by touching the ball to either one of the side cones. Defending player can't cross the center line but if they get their foot in between the opponents and the cone, they win possession. If ball or player comes across the line, they lose possession
3. Two options to score: Ball at feet. Score by touching the ball to either one of the side cones or turning and touching the ball to the black cone behind. Defending player can cross the center line if players turns and commits to going backwards. If they tag the player before they touch the ball to the black cone, they win possession.
4. Three options to score. Ball at feet. Score by touching the ball to either one of the side cones, going backwards and touching the black cone behind, or going forward and scoring thru the yellow cone goal. If you dribble forward and either dribble or pass thru the yellow goal = 5 points. Must dribble into attacking zone. Can't just pass forward thru the goal (must go 1v1)
If you meg a player and dribble or score thru the yellow cone = 1 million points

Form four lines. Two touches 1 touch if we can
1. Pass an run the back of any other line. 2. Same as above but now we do not want a empty line (no players in one line). Try to balance the lines out. Players have to work this out during play. If one line is empty, play is stopped and everyone does a quick fun fitness then returns to play. (ex 5 knee ups)3 Bring lines closer (now have to make quicker decisions)
